To me this sums up the whole importance of living in the Here Now Eternal Present Moment. It's all there is. Eckhart Tolle wrote a whole book on the subject and Osho said that "the present moment is the Only door into existence". It seems that all our fears, all the negativity, all the 'problems', all the deep conditioning, guilt etc. is stored in our minds. Our minds are never still and we're constantly remembering the past and projecting it into the future, constantly back and forth like a pendulum. This is what causes ALL misery. If we can somehow realize that we are not our minds, that our mind is just a tool there to be used, that our "TrueSelf - RealNature - OriginalFace" is underneath, behind, silently watching...aware...witnessing, then we can understand that, as it also says in A Course in Miracles, "I can choose peace instead of this."
