Love
"Everyone knows the word,
But not the true meaning
Everyone wonders when they ever will
Maybe we won't
Maybe some know already
Maybe some don't
There comes a day
When everyone falls in love
No one need a push or shove
You will get there on your own
And your true love and affection will be shown
But when you're there
You won't ask am I in love?
You won't think
You'll just be
So don't worry
The time will come
For you
For everyone
Don't wait up
But don't hold back"

"Faraway in China
the people sometimes say,
life is often bitter
and all too seldom gay.
Bitter as dragon tears
great cascades of sorrow
flood down all the years
drowning our tomorrows.
Faraway in China
the people also say,
life is sometimes joyous
if all too often gray.
Although life is seasoned
with bitter dragon tears,
seasoning is just a spice
within our brew of years.
Bad times are only rice,
tears are one more flavor
that gives us sustenance,
something we can savor."

On Eagle's Wings We Soar
On Eagle's wings we plot our course--
guided by the light of stars and what lies within our hearts.
Onward, farther distances we soar--
Gaining wisdom, more and more.
Into our future we slowly pass--
leaving our memories in our past.
Rising, falling, twisting, turning--
Always reaching, always learning.
Rising as the winds lift us--
plotting our course as we go.
Let us be guided by the light of stars--
and not be caught behind another's bars.
On Eagle's wings we soar every day--
and gradually we learn our way.

DEAR GOD
"Dear God I am thinking that now is about time
For me to be yours and me no longer be mine
But yours Lord for only you know best
I can only sin and put your love to a test
A test that each and every time you ace
Because lord love is in your face
It is in you voice, your touch, Lord love IS you
So by releasing me I have opened up to this love so new
There is no harm in love but only in going without
So show me the way Lord in which to make you proud."

"Faith is what happens
When love and trust, come together.
When we believe in ourselves,
We let the power of faith flow through us.
Faith comes easily to the pure of the heart.
It is the comfort of knowing even in the dead of winter,
The sun will come out again.
Faith tells us we have a purpose in the world,
Even when we don't know what it is.
Faith is more then believing.
It is KNOWING."
