I chose this because I have seen so many people waste their lives away worrying about material things! When they re-watch their life, they won't have any 'good' memories! All they will remember is what shoes they wore, the clothes they had, they type of phone, ect. They won't have memories with their friends and family. They won't see themselves out in the world having a blast, because they didn't think those things were important.

I read this in a book called "Study Smarter Not Harder" and it really inspired me. One day I was sitting in the examination hall while other students were checking and seeing each other. They even told methat my answer was wrong. I really didn't know whether my answer was right or wrong, but I did not change my answer. After result, I TOPPED in that subject and the subject was Social Studies.

I made this quote just now for I realized that pain is both good and bad. If we work hard and do our best, we experience pain but react in a positive manner therefore bringing success to our lives. If we fail and not accept that failure, then there is not much we can do in life unless we change the way the think and react to things.

I wrote this after I had experienced a journey into the 3rd world areas of South Africa. We were suppose to be writing a diary each night of what we experienced and learnt etc. I couldn't think of any words each night, as I was too hurt by the condition I saw these lovely people in, so instead I wrote a small quote.

This quote is based on the success and failure I went through in my life. This was also the result of my bad performance on my school exam because besides studying, I kept my mind on TV, Internet, andfriends. These gave me some sort of comfort but also constantly reduced my concentration.

I've gone through my fair share of grief over the last six years, whether it be deaths or broken hearts. But I've learned that although I may not know it at the time, there is a reason why we are put through so much heartache: So that we appreciate it when times are good and become a stronger individual.
